    Description

    This is a pure tantalum oxide sputtering target, 99.9% pure. The size is 2.00" diameter x 0.25" thick. The original source material is Ta2O5 manufactured by Leybold Optics in Germany.
    Please note the pinkish spots in the material as seen in the photograph. This is typical of Ta2O5.
    We can bond this to a copper backing plate for no additional fee. We can also offer in thicknesses from 2mm to 12mm and in diameters from 50mm up to 3.5" at no change in price.
